Job Description
Work involves assisting in planning, organizing, and coaching the recreational & preschool gymnastics programs. Some classes are offered to the general public with no previous gymnastics experience required while others require evaluation or progression through lower-level classes. Work is reviewed by a supervisor upon completion and through participation in regular evaluations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Valid driver's license.
High school diploma or GED.
1+ years of previous gymnastics coaching or competitive experience.
CRITICAL TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
1+ years of previous gymnastics coaching or competitive experience.
Knowledge of American Red Cross first aid techniques including Adult CPR.
Knowledge of the necessary methods and techniques of planning recreation gymnastics programs and activities.

The job may also require working overtime (e.g. in the morning, during lunch, or after normal working hours).

CITY - GRADE 12
- Coaching recreational & preschool gymnastics classes and events.
- Assisting in the upkeep of all aspects of the gymnastics facility.
- Assisting with planning and organizing gymnastics classes including lesson plan creation.
- Maintaining documentation regarding recreational & preschool gymnastics activities and programs.
- Assists in the disbursement of marketing materials to promote the gymnastics program to the community.
- Ensuring compliance with program and USA Gymnastics rules and regulations as applicable.
