Were currently seeking an Internal Medicine Coordinator to join our Internal Medicine department . In this key role, youll serve as a vital liaison between our internal medicine team, client service representatives, and pet owners, ensuring seamless coordination and communication throughout the patient care process. If you have veterinary experience , strong organizational skills , and enjoy client interaction in a fast-paced specialty setting, we want to hear from you!

This is a full-time position
Some holidays are required

• Monday Friday: 7:00 AM 5:30 PM

• Starting at $22/hr (dependent upon experience)

What Youll Do:

As an Internal Medicine Coordinator , youll be an essential part of the internal medicine team, supporting our internists, technicians, and client service staff in a variety of critical tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating internal medicine consults and procedures
• Communicating with clients about treatment plans, estimates, and follow-up care
• Ensuring records and diagnostics are accurate and up to date
• Assisting in patient discharge, preparing medications and paperwork
• Serving as a point of contact for scheduling and case flow
• Providing clear, compassionate communication to pet owners

• Veterinary experience is required , with a preference for internal medicine or specialty experience
• Technician or assistant background preferred, but not required
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Exceptional communication and client service skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and compassionately with both teams and clients
