What You'll Be Doing:

• Doing physical exams and various medical procedures
• Talking to pet owners about their pet"s health and teaching them about wellness and prevention
• Keeping accurate medical records
• Working closely with the rest of the veterinary team to make sure every pet gets the best care
• Staying up-to-date on the latest medical info and changes in the field

Skills You Need:

• Great communication and people skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
• A real passion for taking care of animals
• A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
• A state veterinary license

Skills That Would Be Nice to Have:

• Experience working with exotic animals
• Knowledge of holistic medicine
• Proficiency in digital radiography
• Experience with surgical procedures
• Skills in educating clients

What You'll Get:

• Minimum Salary: $70.00 per hour
• Maximum Salary: $85.00 per hour
• Reimbursement for Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance
• Vacation Leave, Sick Leave, Holiday Pay
• Reimbursement for association and license dues, Paid Continuing Education
