Briarwood Animal Hospital is a well-established, progressive, fast paced 3 doctor small animal practice located in Little Rock, Arkansas. We offer many services to provide the best comprehensive care to our patients including Preventative Care, Surgery, Urgent Care, High Speed Dentistry, Cold Laser Therapy, In-House Diagnostics, Digital full body and dental radiology, Ultrasonography, Medical and/or Vacation Boarding, Grooming and more.

Join a supportive team in a high-end, modern environment. Pet Groomers will perform top quality grooms in a timely manner. Groomers should have current grooming experience and be able to consistently provide pets and parents with a high level of gentle and professional care. Job duties may include but not limited to:

• Clean the pet's teeth
• Maintain an upbeat attitude
• Calm an anxious pet
• Ensure company policies are being followed
• Communicate effectively with clients to find out what they need
• Shampoo and wash a pet's hair or fur
• Create a welcoming environment for pets and their owners
• Cut or shave a pet's hair or fur

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Proficient at Grooming 
• Ability to lift pets that weigh up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in a professional manner
• Calming presence to pets
• Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time
• Great communication skills
• Ability to work on a team
