General Practice (Veterinarian)

Introduction
Our client is a hospital that treats dogs, cats, bearded dragons, snakes, birds, guinea pigs, rabbits, chinchillas, and other exotic animals, and is currently hiring for an Associate Veterinarian.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and on Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. It is closed on Sundays. The position offers a 4-day workweek with rotating Saturdays and is open to both full-time and part-time candidates.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This role includes full general practice responsibilities and is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Practice Details
The hospital features an in-house laboratory and pharmacy, along with state-of-the-art technology. The spacious facility includes separate areas for each species. Services offered include avian, reptile, and small mammal care, pet allergy and dermatology care, veterinary surgery, veterinary diagnostic services, pet dental care, senior pet care, puppy and kitten care, and pet wellness care.

Team
The team includes 3 DVMs and 6 support staff.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
