General Practice (Veterinarian)

Introduction
Our client is a veterinary hospital that provides care for a wide range of species, including canines, felines, pocket pets, reptiles, fish, and birds. They are currently seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join their team.

Working Hours / Rota
This full-time role follows the hospitals operating hours of Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. There is no mention of weekend or after-hours responsibilities, offering a consistent weekday schedule.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for providing comprehensive general practice care, which may include wellness and sick exams, surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, and acupuncture. The position supports a diverse caseload and is suited to candidates at various experience levels.

Practice Details
The hospital is equipped with advanced technology and diagnostic tools, supporting a broad scope of services such as urgent care, routine wellness, surgical procedures, dental care, internal medicine, diagnostics, and acupuncture. The hospital environment emphasizes quality care across a wide variety of species in a progressive clinical setting.

Team
The medical team includes five or more DVMs and is supported by a tenured support staff. The practice fosters a collaborative and supportive culture that values teamwork and comprehensive patient care.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
