Our client is a hospital currently seeking a full-time or part-time Emergency Veterinarian to join their dynamic and collaborative team in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a specialty referral and emergency practice that provides advanced care for small animals, including services in surgery, internal medicine, critical care, canine rehabilitation, and 24-hour emergency treatment.
Working Hours / Rota
The hospital operates 24/7 to provide around-the-clock emergency services. Schedules offer flexibility with both full-time and part-time positions available. Weekend and overnight coverage are part of the emergency care responsibilities, including continued care of hospitalized specialty patients.
Role Description and Responsibilities
The Emergency Veterinarian will be responsible for all duties associated with emergency care, including triage, treatment planning, and overnight management of critical and specialty cases. The role involves building strong relationships with clients and the veterinary team, maintaining complete and accurate medical records, communicating effectively with referral partners, and participating in daily rounds to coordinate with specialists. Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)

- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so

The PackageSalary up to $200,000 (Annual)
- Competitive Base Salary Up To $200k
- $50k signing bonus
