General Practice (Veterinarian)

An experienced veterinarian is sought to join a dynamic team of 2 full-time DVMs and a skilled support staff, including multiple technicians and assistants, ensuring a strong doctor-to-tech ratio. The practice values collaboration, with doctors supported by their CVTs and assistants for technician appointments, surgery and anesthesia monitoring, client communications, lab analysis, and more, allowing for efficient time management and focus on patient care. The practice serves a loyal client base, primarily treating dogs, cats, and the occasional pocket pet.

The ideal candidate is a compassionate, ambitious, and collaborative DVM with a passion for providing excellent care to a growing client base. Surgical interest is encouraged, as the practice handles a robust surgical caseload, including soft tissue surgery, orthopedics, GI surgery, cystotomies, and dental procedures.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Responsibilities include examining and treating companion animals, interpreting diagnostic results, advising pet owners on preventative care, performing surgeries, prescribing medications, providing end-of-life care, maintaining medical records, and ensuring compliance with veterinary ethics and relevant policies.
