General Practice (Veterinarian)

Introduction
Our client is a well-established, multi-doctor veterinary hospital hiring a Veterinarian to join their collaborative small animal practice. This clinic offers the opportunity to work with both canine and feline patients, with occasional exposure to exotics, in a setting that supports professional growth, personalized scheduling, and high-quality medicine.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital operates with flexible scheduling, allowing veterinarians to work between 2 to 4.5 days per week based on their lifestyle and preferences. A daily hour-long lunch break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM is built into the schedule. Saturday hours are shortened, from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM, to support better weekend flexibility. The hospital benefits from being located across the street from an ER facility, ensuring seamless after-hours transfers and 24-hour hospitalization options for complex cases.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Veterinarian will handle all typical GP duties and responsibilities, including appointments, surgery, dentistry, and internal medicine. The role involves managing a diverse caseload while serving patients and clients through a relationship-focused approach. Youll work collaboratively with the clinical team, contribute to the development of support staff, and engage with the local Montgomery community. This position is open to veterinarians at all experience levels.

Practice Details
The hospital is equipped with modern diagnostic and treatment tools, including digital radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy, and a dedicated surgery suite. The practice uses AviMark software and provides comprehensive care across a variety of medical and surgical cases. With direct access to nearby emergency services, the practice ensures continuity of care for patients requiring more intensive treatment.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
