General Practice (Veterinarian)

Introduction
Our client is a veterinary hospital in Athens, GA, proudly serving the community for over 30 years. They are currently seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their established four-doctor team. This small animal practice offers a welcoming and supportive environment ideal for veterinarians at any stage of their career who are looking to grow within a collaborative and compassionate setting.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM; and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The clinic is closed on Sundays. The team is open to discussing both full-time and part-time opportunities and is committed to supporting work-life balance for all veterinarians.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for all typical GP duties and responsibilities, including preventative medicine, wellness care, dentistry, and surgery. The position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates. Mentorship is readily available, with experienced professionals on hand to support skill development and career growth.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
