Position Overview

We are seeking either:

• A new graduate veterinarian eager to learn and grow in a supportive, structured environment, or

• An experienced veterinarian with surgical or advanced internal medicine skills looking to take their career to the next level.

You’ll work alongside five other talented veterinarians in a high staff-to-doctor ratio environment where mentorship and collaboration are prioritized.

What We Offer

•  Compensation:

  • $130,000 base for new grads

  • Up to $250,000 for experienced doctors with advanced skills or certifications

•  Bonuses:

  • $10,000 signing bonus

Mentorship & Growth

• Personalized, rotational mentorship through surgery, internal medicine, advanced imaging, and exotic care

• Daily rounds and case collaboration with five DVMs

Requirements

• DVM or equivalent from an accredited veterinary school

• Eligible for Texas licensure

• A passion for excellence in patient care and teamwork

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• New grads welcomed with structured onboarding and training support
