General Practice (Veterinarian)

Introduction
Our client is a progressive veterinary hospital seeking a Veterinarian to join their experienced team. This small animal practice is committed to providing world-class care and offers a mix of general practice and advanced medical services. The hospital fosters a collaborative environment with a strong support network, making it an ideal setting for both seasoned professionals and new graduates.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and is closed on weekends. The role is available on either a full-time or part-time basis, with scheduling flexibility to suit individual needs.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Veterinarian will be responsible for all typical GP duties and responsibilities, managing a balanced caseload of wellness and sick patients. The position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, with a dedicated mentorship program in place to support professional development and clinical growth.

Practice Details
The hospital delivers a wide range of general practice services alongside advanced care offerings such as cardiology, chemotherapy, dermatology, endoscopy, laser surgery, oncology, ophthalmology, and ultrasound. Equipment includes ultrasound, laser therapy, dental x-ray, digital x-ray, and an in-house lab, supporting a diverse and high-quality caseload within a modern clinical setting.

Team
You would be joining as the ninth veterinarian in a team of eight DVMs, supported by a highly capable and collaborative care team. The environment emphasizes mentorship, teamwork, and a shared commitment to delivering exceptional care to patients and clients alike.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
