General Practice (Veterinarian)

Introduction
Our client is a hospital that provides care for cats and dogs and is currently hiring for an Associate Veterinarian. They are seeking a dedicated veterinarian to join their team, offering both full-time and part-time opportunities.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7am to 7pm, on Saturdays from 8am to 6pm, and on Sundays from 4pm to 6pm. Doctor hours are open to discussion, allowing for flexibility in scheduling. The role is available for both full-time and part-time candidates.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will handle typical general practice responsibilities, including some urgent care. The role is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates. Clinical duties may include surgery, dentistry, wellness care, and internal medicine, as part of a full-service general practice environment.

The hospital offers a full-service general practice and some urgent care services. It is equipped with state-of-the-art, updated equipment to support high-quality care.

Team
The team consists of 3 DVMs supported by a strong and supportive team with a great technician-to-doctor ratio, fostering a collaborative and mentoring-focused environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
