Previous experience in a veterinary clinic is preferred, but not required.
All applicants must have strong customer service, animal care, and multi-tasking skills. 

TLC Animal Hospital is a fast paced, full service veterinary clinic for cats and dogs. Located in the heart of the Clear Lake area, we have been providing high quality and compassionate veterinary care to families in the community since 1996. We are a small, independently owned clinic and pride ourselves on being honest, compassionate, and reliable. We are also working towards becoming a Fear Free Certified clinic.

TLC offers a variety of services, including: Well health services, vaccines, comprehensive diagnostics for sick or injured patients, spays/neuters, full dental cleanings with radiographs, medical and geriatric boarding for our patients, low level laser therapy, online pharmacy service through VetSource

Primary Responsibilites: Answering multiple phone lines, scheduling appointments and taking boarding reservations, maintaining client/patient records, greeting all clients (and patients!) when they arrive, checking in clients for various appointments, invoicing and cash handling, taking messages for the veterinarians or for refill requests, importing lab results and specialist reports to the patient's record, referrals

Additional Responsibilities: Maintaining the front lobby throughout the day (sweeping, mopping, refill refreshments), cleaning/stocking the exam rooms throughout the day, assisting other areas of the clinic throughout the day as needed, assisting with the care of our boarders during the weekends and holidays, restocking merchandise shelves in the front lobby, unpacking deliveries, putting away food deliveries

Pay rate is negotiable based on experience level.
