Our mission is to provide quality and compassionate care. The ideal candidate will be able to handle high volume while building special bonds with our furry friends! This position is important because we work with both animals and their humans. Having a positive attitude is a must at Rockledge Animal Clinic! The duties involved are :

• Schedule appointments and surgeries

• Handling Payments (cash/check/clover/care credit)

• Checking in patients for their appointments

• Corresponding to emails, phones calls and faxes

• Reviewing and handling medical records

• Quality customer care

• Basic computer skills

• Communicate well with doctors and staff
