Veterinary Receptionist

We are seeking a dedicated individual who is passionate about providing top-notch care to our furry friends. As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.  There is opportunity to work as a veterinary assistant as well.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet clients with a warm and welcoming tone
2. Answering phones, scheduling appointments, filling prescriptions
3. Educate clients on pet care and wellness, relay appropriate information to/from clients
4. Client call backs, checking clients in and out, maintaining proper notes in medical records
5. Process payment transactions, process end of day transactions
6. Assisting doctor and staff as needed
7. Handling email and text from clients
8. Assist in cleaning the hospital

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a veterinary receptionist
• Good commuication skills
• Experience with Pulse software is a plus but not required
• Knowledge of veterinary terminology
• Good organizational skills
