Small Animal Veterinary Technician

We are looking for a full-time small animal veterinary technician. The position will be for four days per week, and one Saturday per month. We are a busy practice that offers many services including medicine, soft tissue surgery, and dental surgery. We offer in-house Idexx hematology and chemistry analysis, digital radiography, and ultrasound. We are paper-light and utilize Idexx Cornerstone for our medical records. We currently have five full-time small animal veterinarians, five registered small animal veterinary technicians, one veterinary assistant and four receptionists on staff.

Our current office hours are from 8am to 5:30pm M-F, and 8-noon on Saturdays. We break for lunch from 12:30pm to 1:30pm. There is no on-call or after-hours work. We operate mostly by appointment only but do see some emergencies and walk-ins as we are able to accommodate.

Candidates must be a registered veterinary technician or a certified veterinary assistant with the State of Colorado. We would prefer at least 1 year of clinical experience, but we will also consider a new graduate.
