Veterinary Receptionist

We are currently seeking a certified Veterinary Receptionist to join our esteemed team at our rural, privately owned practice. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and helpful attitude
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk
• Assist with medical record management and billing
• Provide information on services, products, and general pet care
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Support veterinary staff with administrative tasks

Required Skills:

• Experience in medical collection
• Knowledge of veterinary terminology and animal care practices
• Familiarity with aseptic techniques for handling animals
• Ability to handle dogs and other animals safely and confidently
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
