Job Description

Mill Pond Veterinary Clinic is hiring a full time veterinarian to join our growing family owned small animal hospital.   Please visit our website to learn more about our services including, Medical Wellness, Rehabilitation, Boarding, Daycare, and Obedience. We serve a vibrant client base of dedicated owners, to achieve the best support for our cats, dogs, and exotics. 

We take pride in providing comprehensive care including boarding, daycare, training and grooming services. Our facility is staffed with skilled technicians to allow the medical team to serve patient needs in a functional group environment. 

Our hospital practices high quality medicine with digital radiography, ultrasound, Class IV therapeutic laser, dental radiography and complete in-house laboratory. We have visiting specialists in Surgery, Chiropractic,  and Alternative Therapy. We are also supported by locally accessible referral hospitals for ICU care and additional boarded specialists. Our medical team includes certified rehabilitation and physical therapists who use underwater treadmill, extracorporeal shockwave and laser treatments. We recently added Digital thermal Imaging to our diagnostic capabilities.

Eligible Veterinarian will be a confident and compassionate, team player who possesses excellent communication skills.  Responsibilities will include appointments for wellness and disease states, surgical and dental procedures, diagnostic testing and treatment.  You will be supported by a team with the depth needed to allow you to focus on establishing client- patient bonds that provide a lifetime of happiness, mobility and good health. Small animal experience preferred, exotics a plus.  Recent graduates are welcome.  Hours will include weekday, possibly evening and some Saturday's.  Compensation package will include competitive salary, annual bonus, Simple IRA, healthcare and dental benefits, generous vacation and personal time, paid continuing education and discounted clinic services.
