Four Seasons Veterinary Specialists, the only independently-owned specialty hospital in Northern Colorado, is an AAHA accredited 24-hour Emergency and Specialty facility providing urgent and critical care to small animals. Our onsite owners are practicing clinicians in radiology and surgery. Our hospital was established in March of 2014 and we are located on the east side of Loveland, Colorado. At our state of the art facility, along with a staff of dedicated specialists and team members, we provide exceptional care to a diverse population of referral, urgent, critical and emergency patients. We are seeking a mature, competent, and fun Emergency Technician with solid technical skills to join our diversified team! In addition to emergency and critical care, this candidate will also be able to support the wide variety of specialty departments within our hospital; internal medicine, surgery, oncology, imaging, and dentistry. The Emergency Technician is responsible for the care and treatment of unstable and or critically ill patients, triaging emergency patients, monitoring hospitalized pets, running patient tests, administering treatments, and providing nursing care. The Emergency Technician must be proficient at IV catheters, blood draws, laboratory procedures, monitoring anesthesia, and medication administration. As part of a collaborative team approach, the Emergency Technician will also be responsible for admitting and discharging patients, delivering an exceptional client experience through clear communication and education, and scheduling appointments. There is also opportunity to promote and market the practice’s products, programs, and services through events and other marketing initiatives.

We provide consistent schedules with the ability to work Days, Swing and Overnight shifts, we offer a $5.00 shift differential hours that are worked between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM.
