**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a Demolition Estimator/Project Manager to handle estimating and project management tasks within our fast-paced working environment. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful execution of demolition projects from start to finish.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Estimate project costs and prepare detailed bids.
- Manage project timelines and schedules, coordinating crews effectively.
- Follow up on bids and maintain client relationships.
- Oversee job site progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Acquire new clients and expand our business presence.
- Monitor and maintain job costs throughout the project lifecycle.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in construction, preferably within the demolition sector.
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in estimating software and construction management tools is a plus.

**Compensation:**
Salary with commission on sales, reflecting your contributions to the company's growth and success.
