This is a wonderful recently remodelled, small animal, privately owned hospital, looking to add to its team. The current DVM owner will be opening a new location, so wants to bring in a new DVM to ensure their caseload is still looked after. Although they see only dogs and cats at the moment, they would be happy to hear from anyone who has another interest, and would purchase any equipment needed for that. Each DVM is supported by at least 2 technicians, many of whom have been with the practice for years! Appointments at the hospital are generally 30 minutes, but they are happy to work at the speed of the incoming DVM. Hospital equipment highlights include: digital xrays, digital dental xrays, ultrasound, cold laser, IDEXX & heska inhouse labs, 4 exam rooms, and avimark electronic medical records. One of the best things about the hospital is their schedule, which is just 4 x 8 hour shifts per week, plus a Saturday once per month! Both experienced doctors and new grads are welcome to apply as the owner loves to mentor. The hospital would also happily hear from anyone either wanting a heavy surgery caseload, or someone not wanting to do surgery at all.

• Base salary up to $140k
