The hospital are VERY encouraging of advance training and will pay for you to gain extra training on things like surgery and ultrasound ON TOP of your normal CE Allowance. 
The hospital has very low turnover, they like their Drs to have medical atomony and encourage you to practice the best medicine possible.

• Base salary $150k

• 23% Production (Ability to make $250k+)
