Holistic Veterinary Healing is in search of an experienced Veterinary Technician to join our growing practice.  We are one of the first integrative practices to achieve AAHA Certification and many of our staff members are also Fear Free certified.  At HVH we treat companion animals, and we are team-oriented to provide compassionate care to our patients and clients.  

The Veterinary Technician we are looking for is skilled and compassionate, reliable, friendly, and knowledgeable.  The Vet Tech assists in multiple procedures providing care for animals including physical examinations, dental procedures, surgeries, immunizations, x-rays, venipuncture, and catheter placement as well as client education and inventory maintenance. This position requires a working knowledge of pharmaceutical drugs, common diseases; their symptoms means of transmission, treatment and prevention, various holistic modalities and treatments, and other basic preventative health care recommendations.  This is an overview of the position and the job responsibilities listed do not encompass the entire position.

This is a full-time position and the salary offered will be commensurate with your experience.  Each member of the team is expected to wear scrubs and maintain a neat professional appearance. Benefits include PTO, Simple IRA, and reasonable work hours.
