Perspective historique du developpement international en Asie (colonialisme, regimes politiques, population, conflits,). Axes de developpement, questions actuelles et emergentes lies aux initiatives de developpement international en Asie : sante, education, securite alimentaire, economie (ressources naturelles et humaines, poids de la dette, modeles economiques, strategies de developpement), droits humains.

Prealable : 54 credits universitaires incluant DVM 2505, DVM 2506.

Requirements:

Doctorat complete ou en voie detre complete en developpement international ou dans un domaine connexe sur des thematiques concernant lAsie ; experience en enseignement universitaire un atout. La-le candidat-e doit faire une proposition 1 a 2 pages pour expliquer sur quelle thematique et-ou sous-region de lAsie le cours portera. Les candidat-es doivent soumettre une ebauche de plan de cours (deux pages minimum) indiquant comment ils-elles entendent repondre aux attentes du cours.
