Introduction
Our client is a small animal general practice hospital in Forestdale, Rhode Island, seeking an associate veterinarian to join their team. The hospital provides veterinary care for canines, felines, and exotic pets, offering wellness and sick exams, surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, and more. The team prides itself on compassionate care, open communication, client education, and exceptional service in a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. Advanced tools, continuous learning, and close working relationships with local specialists enable the hospital to offer pets individualized veterinary care.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Mondays from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, and Tuesday through Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. The ideal schedule for this full-time position would be four weekdays with rotating Saturdays, with specific doctor hours open to discussion.

This position involves full GP responsibilities, providing comprehensive veterinary care across a range of cases.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
