Introduction
Our client is a full-service veterinary hospital currently hiring a Veterinarian to join their dedicated team in Bowie, Maryland. Serving the community since 1969, this small animal clinic combines state-of-the-art equipment with a compassionate approach, offering both routine and emergency care with a focus on building lasting relationships with clients and their pets.
Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday, with hours from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, except Thursdays when it closes at 5:00 PM. The clinic is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. The position is available on a full-time or part-time basis with no weekend work.
Role Description and Responsibilities
The Veterinarian will be responsible for all typical GP duties and responsibilities, including physical examinations, surgeries, dentistry, client education, and communication. Proficiency in surgery is considered a plus. This role requires a compassionate and communicative team player who is committed to delivering high-quality care and developing strong relationships with pet owners.
