Daily Responsibilities:

• Perform surgical preparation and assist during procedures
• Educate clients on proper pet care and treatment plans
• Monitor anesthesia and ensure patient safety
• Implement Fear Free techniques to reduce stress in patients
• Provide preventive care and promote animal welfare

Required Skills:

• Must be a Licensed Veterinary Technician
• Proficient in anesthesia monitoring and administration
• Experience with IV catheterization and venipuncture
• Skilled in surgical procedures and post-operative care
• Ability to handle critical care situations and triage effectively

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with dental prophylaxis and catheterization
• Knowledge of internal medicine and medication administration
• Previous lab experience and discharge planning

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $32,000.00

Maximum Salary: $50,000.00
