Our client is a hospital located in Redlands, California, hiring for an Associate Veterinarian to join their forward-thinking and compassionate team. This is an exciting opportunity to practice high-quality medicine in a collaborative environment that prioritizes both patient care and veterinarian well-being.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and is closed on Sundays. Urgent care walk-ins begin at 1:00 PM daily. The role is available on a full-time basis as the team looks to add a third veterinarian to their existing roster.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for providing comprehensive veterinary care including wellness exams, dentistry, urgent care services, diagnostics, and surgery. The position involves a mix of general practice and urgent care, supported by advanced technology and a skilled team. The role is suitable for veterinarians seeking professional autonomy and clinical excellence.

Practice Details
The hospital is AAHA-accredited and offers a full range of services including wellness exams, dentistry, surgery, digital radiography, ultrasound, in-house laboratory diagnostics, and urgent care. The surgical suite is equipped for both routine and advanced procedures. The practice culture is built on modern, compassionate care with a focus on innovation and removing outdated constraints like non-competes and unrealistic production goals.

Team
The current team includes 2 DVMs, with plans to expand to 3. The environment is supportive and designed to promote mentorship, collaboration, and a sustainable work-life balance.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
