Job Description

We're currently looking for an experienced and friendly Veterinary Client Communication Specialist to join our team and serve as the voice of our clinic.

Position Summary:
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage all incoming and outgoing client communication by phone. This includes answering calls, performing timely callbacks, and making appointment reminder calls. The ideal candidate has experience in veterinary medicine and understands the importance of clear, compassionate communication in a clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner

  • Make outbound calls to follow up on patient care, lab results, and reminders

  • Confirm upcoming appointments and assist with scheduling as needed

  • Provide general information to clients about services, policies, and procedures

  • Document all communications accurately in the practice management system

  • Triage calls appropriately and ensure urgent matters are addressed promptly

  • Collaborate with the medical and reception teams to ensure seamless client experience

Qualifications

We're looking for:

  • Veterinary experience required (reception, technician, or assistant background preferred)

  • Strong phone etiquette and clear verbal communication skills

  • Compassionate, patient, and calm under pressure

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

  • Familiarity with veterinary practice management software is a plus

Pay Range: $15-18/hour
