Daily Responsibilities:

• Hiring and managing clinical and non-clinical staff
• Oversight of patient and provider scheduling
• Managing practice finances, including daily close and payroll tasks
• Ensuring compliance with tax obligations and regulatory requirements
• Maintaining practice records and providing regular reports on business performance

Required Skills:

• Demonstrated leadership skills with integrity and respect for others
• Experience in HR matters, communication, and conflict resolution
• Proficiency in Microsoft products, Quickbooks, and medical practice management software
• Prior experience in managing a medical practice or office
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and delegate tasks effectively
