"Variety is the spice of life, that gives it all its flavor." - William Cowper, 1785. While we are a few hundred years ahead of this phrase, our ideology for mixed animal practice is the same! Our practice has served the Park County community for over 50 years and we strive to continue this tradition for many years to come. If you are seeking employment with a diverse caseload, a forward thinking team, and beautiful scenery, then look no further!
Who: We are a busy practice looking for a fourth associate to round us out. We have a support team of hard-working, fun-loving, compassionate folks who are all driven by the same mission: excellent customer service and comprehensive patient experiences.
Where: We are the luckiest people alive. We get to live in the most scenic mountainous region, just 50 miles from Yellowstone National Park. If you enjoy fishing, hiking, skiing, biking, horseback riding, or just existing in God's country, come join us!
What: We are absolutely a mixed animal practice. Some days are filled with routine stuff with small, furry types; others involve flying into remote ranches to care for their critters. If you have an interest in orthopedic surgery, equine lameness, multi-species reproduction, or general medicine and routine care, we've got options for you! No two days are the same, and we wouldn't have it any other way. The job is a pro-sal position, meaning we start you at a logical base and pay you quarterly production when you earn above your salary. Additional benefits include: AVMA membership, Wyoming VMA membership, plus one professional organization membership of your choice; professional liability insurance coverage; $1,500 towards and 5 days paid time off for CE; 10 days paid vacation plus 3 paid personal days, a health insurance stipend and a 401K retirement plan with a match.
Why: The honest truth. While our weather isn't always glamorous, we've got haul in facilities for both horses and cattle in addtion to our fully functional small animal hospital. We do rotate after hours on-call work among doctors and commit to being flexible to keep us all sound of mind. Why do we do this? While we know that life ain't always beautiful, we find the beauty in serving our clients and their animals every day.
What else we can do for you:
