 We’d be excited to work with someone who:

• Has at least 2 years of experience in small animal care
• Knows how to assist with surgery, monitor anesthesia, and place IVs
• Can multitask and communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment
• Loves working as part of a team and always puts pets first

Daily Responsibilities:

• Assist with opening and closing tasks at the hospital
• Provide care for our patients
• Follow up with clients daily
• Aid in X-rays and patient restraint
• Handle blood work and operate lab machines
• Administer injections and medications
• Place IVs and perform cytologies
• Monitor patients during surgery

Required Skills:

• Experience in animal restraint and small animal care
• Ability to assist with surgical preparation and anesthesia monitoring
• Strong client education skills
• Fear Free Certified preferred

Salary and Benefits:

Salary Range: $28,000 - $38,000 per year
