What You’ll Do

• Perform wellness exams, diagnose and treat illnesses, and provide preventive care.
• Conduct soft tissue surgeries and dental procedures (routine & advanced).
• Use diagnostic tools (radiology, ultrasound, bronchoscopy, labs) to guide treatment.
• Educate pet owners with empathy and clarity—your voice matters!
• Collaborate with a seasoned team to deliver excellent, consistent care.
• Participate in continuing education and contribute to a respectful, professional workplace.

What We’re Looking For

• DVM or VMD with a valid (or soon-to-be) Alabama veterinary license
• New grads welcome! Minimum 1–2 years preferred, but not required
• Skilled in small animal medicine; exotic experience a plus
• Strong communicator and team player with a heart for client education
• Committed to high standards and veterinary best practices

Schedule & Location

• Full-time, 40 hours/week – Monday to Friday 8 AM–5:30 PM, rotating Saturdays 8 AM–12 PM
• Occasional on-call emergency shifts are shared among veterinarians
• Split between two well-equipped Prattville clinics

Compensation & Perks

• Base salary: $80,000–$120,000 (depending on experience) + production bonuses
