Introduction
Our client is a well-established veterinary hospital with deep roots in the community since 1944, currently hiring a Part-Time Veterinarian to join their dedicated team. This small animal practice is known for delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a collaborative, AAHA-accredited environment equipped with modern veterinary technology.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. It is closed on Sundays. Doctor hours are scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM and 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM, and on Saturday from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM. Saturday coverage is rotated among the team. This is a part-time position.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Veterinarian will handle all typical GP duties and responsibilities, including preventative care, surgery, nutrition, vaccinations, and end-of-life care. The role emphasizes clinical autonomy, client education, and collaboration with a skilled and supportive care team. The position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

The hospital is AAHA-accredited and equipped with advanced diagnostic and treatment tools, including on-site ultrasound and digital dental radiography. The team provides a full range of general practice services and is committed to maintaining a respected, longstanding presence in the local community through exceptional veterinary care and service.

You would be joining as the fifth veterinarian alongside a supportive and well-trained team of support staff and management. The environment promotes teamwork, mentorship, and medical autonomy, ensuring that every team member feels valued and empowered.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
