We’re looking for someone confident in breed-standard and custom cuts, with strong scissoring and clipper skills. While bathing and prepping dogs is not a required part of this role, you should have the ability to perform those tasks if needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform expert grooming and styling for dogs of all breeds and coat types
- Deliver breed-standard and custom cuts with exceptional scissoring and clipper techniques
- Collaborate with bathers and prep staff to ensure dogs are ready for grooming
- Communicate clearly with pet parents regarding grooming requests and pet behavior
- Maintain grooming tools, equipment, and a clean, professional workstation
- Ensure a calm, safe, and stress-free experience for all pets in your care
Qualifications:
- 3–7 years of professional dog grooming experience required
- Proficient in breed-specific cuts and grooming all coat types
- Strong portfolio or proven track record of high-quality grooming work
- Ability to bathe and prep dogs when needed, though not required in this role
- Comfortable in a fast-paced grooming environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to safely lift and handle dogs of various sizes
- Certification from a recognized grooming school is a plus
