WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

The team at C.C. Veterinary Hospital is excited to offer this opportunity to a recent graduate! We're looking for someone that's:

• A devoted and skilled veterinarian with a strong passion for delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring that vet visits are calm and enjoyable for their patients.

• A collaborative team member who enjoys working with others and mentoring fellow staff, while remaining open to receiving feedback.

• A professional dedicated to continuous growth , always striving to stay in-the-loop with the latest advancements in veterinary medicine.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide routine wellness exams and diagnosis

• Perform medical procedures such as vaccinations, dental procedures, soft tissue, orthopedic surgery, and necessary diagnostics

• Administer and accurately monitor controlled substances

• Maintain and complete patient records

• Serve as mentor to technical support staff

• Build and establish rapport with the client base, demonstrating exceptional bedside manner and communication

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of an AVMA accredited Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) program

• Licensure in the state of Indiana or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to start

• Strong proficiency in medical knowledge and surgical skills

• Exemplary professionalism and communication skills with both team members and clients

• Strong decision-making and time-management skills

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth
