We are seeking a Nurse Training Coordinator to assist in developing and implementing our in-house training program. In this role, you’ll guide veterinary nurses of all levels in mastering clinical skills, hospital protocols, and professional standards. What You’ll Do: 

  • Deliver one-on-one and group training across core areas that include (but not limited to) triage, diagnostics, surgical assisting, housekeeping, and hospital protocol
  • Reinforce consistency by teaching to our written procedures and standards
  • Adapt your teaching style to meet a range of learning preferences and experience levels
  • Support new hires, career changers, and future VTS candidates on their professional journey

What You Bring: 

  • 3+ years of ER or Specialty veterinary nursing experience
  • A love for teaching, coaching, or mentoring
  • Adaptability and a commitment to following and teaching established protocols
  • Flexibility to work swing shifts (3p to 11p), weekends, and holidays as part of a full-time schedule that supports all areas of the hospital 
  • Motivation to grow—whether you’re working toward your CVT/LVT/VTS or want to support others doing the same
