Job Title: Front Office Receptionist Company: Cherrydale Vet Clinic Location: Arlington, VA Description: Full time receptionist needed in our 4 Doctor, full service small animal clinic who is a hard working, energetic team player to contribute to the vitality of our hospital located in suburban Arlington, VA just outside Washington D.C. If you have good communication skills, organizational abilities, and are highly motivated, we need you to join our team. Respect and courtesy toward clients and co-workers a must. Knowledge of basic animal husbandry, handling and restraint. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to answer the phone courteously and deliver clear messages. Ability to respond calmly and quickly in a medical emergency. Maintain front office, answering phone, scheduling appointments, keeping medical records orderly and complete, managing the computer system. Greeting clients and their pets, answer client questions in person and on the phone. Enter bill information quickly and accurately, making sure client receives any medications or products they need that day. Benefits include medical/dental/disability insurance and profit sharing. Previous experience in veterinary field is preferred but not required.
