Pet Medical Center-Chatoak is looking for the right person to join our customer service team. We are a busy 24 hour hospital with 12 doctors and 60 support staff, taking appointments as well as walk-in emergencies. We need a team player who is also a multi-tasker, punctual and reliable, flexible and willing to learn, have high self-esteem, possess patience, enjoy working with people and animals in a very fast paced environment. This is a full time position and the hours will vary between 8:00am and 8:00pm. Saturdays are a must and some occasional Sundays. No phone calls please.

Veterinary Receptionist / Veterinary Assistant needed for growing small animal hospital in Hamburg, PA. Warm, compassionate, enthusiastic team player needed for full or part time position. Experience preferred, but we are willing to train a conscientious person who has great people skills and loves animals. Computer proficiency and accuracy are required. Customer service experience is a plus.

AllCare Pet Hospital is a two vet practice in Mukilteo, Washington (30 miles north of Seattle, between Everett and Lynnwood). It is a small animal practice, primarily dogs,cats and other small pets. We see most of our clients pets from puppy/kitten-hood to old age. Our specialty is quality, personalized, general practitioner-type health care. Mukilteo has a small town ambiance, while being close to the big city.

Modern facility, only 6 years old. We do much lab work in house. Happy suburban clients. No night shifts.

Duties: open/close clinic, greeting clients, checking clients in/out, answering phones, filing and other office duties. This will also be a 'floater' position, where you would also have some medical assisting/nursing responsibilities

VCA College Hill Animal Hospital and VCA Tennessee Avenue Animal Hospital is seeking additional motivated and energetic receptionist to join our excellent multi-disciplinary practice group. If you have good communication skills, organizational abilities and are hardworking, we need you to join our team. Respect and courtesy toward clients and co-workers a must. Basic computer knowledge, ability to answer the phone courteously and deliver clear messages. Maintain front office, answering phone, scheduling appointments, keeping medical records orderly and complete. Greeting clients and their pets, answer client questions in person and on the phone.
