We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic RVT or experienced Veterinary Technician to join our team! There is a full-time and part-time position available, but both do require some flexibility in your schedule. Ability to work some Saturdays is required. The position we are hiring for is called an "Exam Room Nurse". This nurse is responsible for collecting patient history and vitals in the exam rooms, creating and explaining "Care Plans" to the clients, effectively communicating information to the doctors, support nurses, and front office staff, plus many other tasks. Candidates should have experience with IV Cath placement, administering injections, and blood draws. Great communication skills are a must! Experience with Cornerstone, monitoring anesthesia, dentals, and drug dosage calculations are a big plus! WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CANDIDATE CAPABLE OF MOVING INTO OUR LEAD NURSE POSITION AS WELL!
