This is surely the most lucrative week for the trade, but I'm hopeful there is an EXPERIENCED pro out there who will give my Champion Bichon pack of five a wash/dry for Christmas. They are not matted, and are well behaved with fairly short coats. Will pay $75 for five hours today or tomorrow. If you are good, and would like a regular 6-7 hours weekly, I will pay $10 per hour for regular grooming, and $15 per hour for scissoring - you must keep your own hours of tasking. Company: Location: denver, CO Description: Mile High Mutts is opening a grooming shop in January. We are a dog daycare and boarding facility that has been open for going on 7 years. We have a large client base and are excited to offer this service. We are actively marketing and will really ramp that up in the next month. We are in the process of purchasing all equipment needed (dryers, cage banks, tables, etc). The space is large and well lit. Tons of natural light feeds in through five or six very large windows. The cage banks are in a connected room that has a door to help with noise reduction. There is a large window in the wall so you can see through to the crates. We are looking for an experienced groomer with good references. Somebody that wants stability from their job and is reliable and punctual. We will pay 50% to start with the possibility of an hourly wage in the future. You would get a weeks paid vacation after the first year. You can bring your dog to daycare for free and board for free. You can purchase retail at cost. If you are currently working with a grooming shop and arent getting enough hours we would be OK with moonlighting as long as the other shop owner is OK with it.
