Job Description: Veterinary Receptionist sought for fast-paced, multi-doctor, 24 hr animal hospital. TLC Pet Medical Center in West Hollywood has an opening for an exceptional, service oriented individual. This position requires someone with a caring, compassionate nature, but also a tough enough skin to work well with worried/anxious pet owners in emergency situations.
We are seeking a motivated, mature, upbeat and friendly, team player who is able to remain calm in challenging situations. Must also have a genuine love for animals, excellent communication and office skills, be consistently reliable, punctual and professional, and have the ability to provide exceptional client service.
Experience in a veterinary setting is preferred but will consider training the right candidate. Must be available for day, eve., and weekend shifts. F/T or P/T positions available to begin immediately. Salary is competitive and based on experience.
