PRACTICE MANAGER Company: VMC, Inc. Location: Birmingham, AL Description: Are you a highly qualified veterinary practice manager looking for the next challenge? Well here it is! A 4 doctor client-centered practice located in Birmingham, AL is seeking a practice manager. We are an exclusively small animal practice that specializes in high quality care for your pets. We provide convenient and compassionate care for our patients. We are seeking an exceedingly motivated manager to oversee our excellent health care team, marketing activities, financial tracking and inventory control to name a few responsibilities. We are looking for just the right individual with 5+ years of managerial / supervisory experience who has leadership qualities and the desire to be part of a dynamic and compassionate team. We would prefer experience in veterinary practice management; however, general office / business management may be acceptable. Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel is required. The Practice Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations with major focus of this position on strong personnel management responsibilities including hiring, training and leading the team. A strong commitment to client service skills is imperative to be successful in this position.
