Candidates must be professional, possess exceptional communication and client service skills, demonstrate the ability to use sound judgment, and have a prior knowledge in areas such as: phlebotomy, IV catheter placement, animal restraint, radiology, in house laboratory, dentistry, surgical preparation, anesthetic monitoring and recovery, and patient nursing care. Professional certification such as CVA, CV T, LVT or RVT is preferred but not required.
